BILLS and PROPERTY TAX etc
There are 2 property taxes, one on value and the other on land and it totals around 300/400 euros a year for the both ….. it is very low in spain! Water is normally 40 euros a month for us and this is a big property! Electricity ranges from 250 euros to 500 euros and this is billed every 2 months but depends upon time of year and how many people are renting the apartments.
There is also a certificate to obtain so a foreigner can own a property in spain……. we will get this for you also!
